Telford West Indian Association provides a friendly meeting place for care, comfort and companionship. They also run a Caribbean Community cafe and have a Community Steel band comprising of young people from 6 years to 17 years of age (who played for the Queen when she visited Telford).
Following a successful grant application, the Wynn Foundation Trustees were pleased to be able to present the Telford West Indian Association with funding to buy equipment for their Cafe and provide a tutor to teach our young people new songs.
