Sygigs (Shrewsbury Gigs)

Wynn Foundation Trustees recently approved an application from SyGigs for funding to provide a ‘dolly’ for transporting their piano for visiting artists to perform at ‘pop up concerts’ in various Shrewsbury Church spaces.

Sygigs facilitate alternative music events (concerts) in Shrewsbury that aids mental well-being.
Key focus of the current series of alternative music concerts is ‘letting the light in’ – this series has been sharing a community message that music can help those with depression to seek music as a healing therapy.
