15 Nov Headway Shropshire
Headway Shropshire is a registered charity who are dedicated to the care and support of people who have sustained a brain injury.
Following the closure of their premises during the pandemic, Headway Shropshire were pleased to be able to re-open the centre as the new Community Welbeing Centre in September 2021.
The new service includes professional tutors working alongside Headway Shropshire staff and volunteers to deliver a range of activities to our clients on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week.
The organisation submitted a grant application to the Wynn Foundation as they want to reopen their computer room, and need support to update the current ICT equipment.
Operations Manager, Harriet Beardsley said “We are thankful for the support from The Wynn Foundation, and we are excited about the positive impact this grant will have on our computer room.”
The application was successful and we look forward to hearing all about the new computer facilities for your clients.
