22 Nov Telford Gateway is awarded funding for it’s members from Wynn Foundation
The Telford Gateway Club recently submitted a grant application to the Wynn Foundation and was successful.
Telford Gateway is a social club for people who are disabled and with learning disabilities that meets every Monday evening to provide a social life for their members along with leisure activities.
The funding request was made to enable them to extend the programme of activities for their members. It promotes healthy fitness activities such as keep fit, line dancing and walks.
They also arrange outside trips monthly which may include a visit to a pub for a meal and socialising.
The funding request is to extend this programme further to include Chi Chi Fit , the Extotic Zoo and discos.
The Wynn Foundation Trustees hope the funding will help you with your new programme of activities and look forward to hearing all about it.
