21 May Shropshire Mental Health Support
The Wynn Foundation recently received a grant application from Shropshire Mental Health Support.
This organisation was established in 1974 as a mental health charity, and provides a diverse range of services across the county supporting the one in four people and their families acknowledged to be affected by mental or emotional distress.
They work to raise awareness, and increase understanding of mental illness in Shropshire and their primary goal is to ensure that persons in need of assistance are heard and supplied with the resources they require.
The charity operates a well-being vehicle and the grant was requested to help support the vehicle and it’s running costs, banners, and literature about their services.
The Trustees were very happy to support this amazing work.
