Donnington Partnership is a community hub that manages and runs a community centre and a community cafe. They provide hot meals on wheels to a number of residents across north Telford and also provide AGE UK with hot food for their lunch clubs. They hire rooms at low prices for the community, provide a community fridge and put on community activities. In addition, they offer work experience, volunteering roles and support step into work programme.
They recently applied to the Wynn Foundation for a grant to help support the activities and maintain their vehicle that is so instrumental in this work. The Foundation Trustees approved the application and our Trustee, Josh, went along to meet them and present the cheque.
