The Wynn Foundation Presents a Grant to the 2nd Ellesmere Brownies
Helen Smith of the Wynn Foundation presented a cheque for £580 to enable 3 underprivileged children the opportunity to join the brownies, have a uniform and partake in the trips organised by the troop .
2nd Ellesmere Brownies are members of Girl Guiding a national organisation for girls and women. Brownies is specifically for girls aged 7-10. Through fun, friendship, challenge and adventure they empower girls to find their voice, inspiring them to discover the best in themselves and to make a positive difference in their community.
Girl Guiding – their values are their shared commitment to be:

and inspiring.
The Wynn Foundation respect and share these values and have also promised to fund the 3 girls for next year as well as this year.
