25 Jun Strettons Arts Forum CIC
Strettons Arts Forum CIC is about generating and facilitating collaboration between the many diverse arts groups in the town and surrounding area. Making creative connections involving all age groups and young people in particular. Increasing participation in the cultural life of the town.
Church Stretton is hosting a family fun day on 4th July for which Stretton Arts Forum are raising funds to hire the performance stage for dancers, singers, musical ensembles.
The location is relatively small, with scattered villages and towns and little public transport. The Arts Forum aim is to provide attractive and affordable events that bring people together. One of those opportunities is the Family Fun Day in July. At this event they aim to provide the performance stage on which mostly young people show their art of dancing, choral singing, musical ensembles – an important part of improving their skills, building confidence and delighting parents and community at their progress.
The Wynn Foundation were happy to approve the grant application.
We hope the fun day is an enormous success!
