Telford Visually Impaired Group

Telford Visually Impaired Group is a “Self Help Group”, for the visually impaired and their carers, meeting once a month at Meeting Point House, Telford Town Centre. Members with sight loss talk to each other, talking to each other about overcoming problems met on a daily bases, sorting out how to resolve the issues associated with sight loss. Carers talk to carers, sharing experiences looking after a visually impaired individual, understanding that their frustrations are not something only they have to cope with, how to make life easier for themselves and their visually impaired partner.

The group is approaching it’s 20th anniversary and are planning to celebrate with a trip to Buckingham Palace but require funding help to make this possible. The Wynn Foundation Trustees were happy to approve the request and Jenny Wynn met with two members of the group to present the cheque.

We hope you have an amazing time.
